This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Drive demand for surgeons across the entire Surgical COT portfolio
• Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives
• Recognize practice trends and nurture essential customer connections
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders to enhance business prospects
• Conduct business reviews and support regional and national conversion initiatives
• Act as the primary contact for MDT account teams
• Direct account-level contractual strategies
• Optimize contracts and promote category expansion within One Surgical
• Take ownership of and perform quarterly Customer Business Reviews
• Foster and sustain relationships with economic and clinical stakeholders
• Engage Key Opinion Leaders to bolster portfolio growth
• Encourage the adoption and usage of Surgical COT products
• Build relationships with field distribution partners
• Utilize account intelligence and partnership programs to enhance market share
• Meet or surpass quotas for disposables and hardware
• Broaden contract categories and enhance opportunity management and forecasting accuracy
• This is a field-based role covering Northern Minnesota, requiring frequent travel within the territory
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and a minimum of 6+ years of experience, OR an Associate’s Degree with at least 4+ years of experience, OR a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2+ years of experience
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
• Candidates must live within 50 miles of the designated territory
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer locations
• A valid driver's license is mandatory
• Demonstrated success in sales in the medical device or healthcare sector, ideally within the operating room
• Strong comprehension of clinical settings and the ability to relay complex product information
• Experience in establishing and maintaining key customer relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makers
• Capability to analyze business trends and devise actionable strategies
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., SF.com) and Microsoft Office Suite
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree meeting the criteria of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary
• Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout the duration of employment
