This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance market share among targeted hospitals, surgical centers, and related entities.
• Promote and sell the company's products and tissues to both existing customers and new prospects.
• Propel sales growth and meet established sales performance objectives.
• Identify, define, and implement market opportunities via marketing strategies and sales plans.
• Achieve a balanced revenue increase across customer accounts and surgical-related sales channels.
• Select approved presentation materials and deliver group and individual presentations on company products and their applications.
• Investigate and resolve customer purchase-order issues in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the wound account executive and management to support physicians using the company's products.
• Accurately and promptly report and track sales activities and territory sales forecasts.
• Stay informed about industry activities, updates, and local market insights.
• Utilize scientific medical studies to educate customers and prospects regarding product properties, results, and outcomes.
• Establish territory plans to meet current revenue and sales goals while fostering long-term territory growth.
• Work at customer/clinical sites and/or from a home office.
• Travel regularly within the designated territory.
• BS/BA in a relevant discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in a related field with 1–3 years in progressively responsible roles, or demonstrable capability.
• OR MS/MA with 1–3 years of experience in a relevant area.
• Certification is required in certain areas.
• Preferred 3–4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue segments of the healthcare sector.
• Previous experience in high-growth organizations and building relationships that contributed to the organization's growth.
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to engage with all management levels, both internal and external, as well as with customers.
• Skilled in influencing others with tenacity and diplomacy.
• Organized, adaptable, and capable of multitasking while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, strategic, technical analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to analyze markets, devise sales strategies, and present clinical and scientific data to physicians.
• Proven history of sales achievements and recognition.
• Successful track record in meeting sales goals and increasing top-line results.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic selling and market analytics.
• Ability to cultivate a moderate-sized network of healthcare provider relationships.
• Must comply with customer-site credentialing and registration systems, which necessitate up-to-date vaccinations.
