This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and execute strategies aimed at enhancing market share within the designated territory.
• Identify key hospitals, surgical centers, and other relevant entities.
• Promote and market company products and tissues to both existing customers and new prospects.
• Drive sales growth and meet established sales performance targets.
• Recognize and pursue market opportunities through effective marketing strategies and sales plans.
• Conduct presentations for large groups and individuals regarding company products and their applications.
• Investigate and resolve customer purchase-order concerns in accordance with established policies.
• Collaborate with the wound account executive and management to assist physicians utilizing company products.
• Accurately and promptly report and track sales activities and territory sales forecasts.
• Keep abreast of industry activities, updates, and local market insights.
• Utilize scientific medical studies to inform customers and prospects about product attributes, results, and outcomes.
• Create territory plans to achieve both short-term and long-term revenue and sales objectives.
• Operate from customer/clinical locations and/or from a home office.
• Travel locally and/or over long distances within the assigned territory on a regular basis.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in a relevant field, with 1–3 years in progressively responsible roles, or demonstrable ability.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree with 1–3 years of experience in a related field.
• Certification may be required in certain areas.
• Ideally, 3–4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue sectors of the healthcare industry.
• Previous experience in high-growth organizations and building relationships that drove organizational growth.
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to engage with all levels of management, customers, and both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and technical analysis skills, along with problem-solving capabilities.
• Competence in analyzing markets, planning sales strategies, and presenting clinical and scientific data to physicians.
• Proven history of achieving sales results and receiving recognition for performance.
• Successful track record in meeting sales goals and enhancing top-line results.
• Demonstrated skills in strategic selling and market analytics.
• Ability to cultivate a moderate-sized network of healthcare-provider relationships.
• Must keep vaccinations up-to-date for customer-site credentialing and registration.
