This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat

• Respond to customer inquiries

• Ensure exceptional customer service

• Work onsite or fully remote from Athens

• Follow flexible rotating shifts from Monday to Friday or Monday to Sunday, depending on the project

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch

• English at B2 level

• Basic computer skills

• Customer-oriented attitude and strong communication skills

• Willing to relocate to Athens this month or start remotely
