📋 Description

• Act as the main operational contact for partner inquiries and everyday business requirements.

• Assist partners with inquiries regarding products, product availability, orders, deliveries, lead times, shipment statuses, and handling escalations and complaints.

• Serve as a bridge between partners and internal teams to guarantee clear communication and swift problem resolution.

• Organize activities and facilitate communication between partners and internal departments.

• Ensure that opportunities, activities, and overall data are complete and accurate within the CRM system.

• Promote information flow and ensure prompt responses to partner requests.

• Collaborate with Partner Sales Managers to align with strategic partner goals.

• Organize and relay sales initiatives while sharing commercial programs with partners.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance internal processes and improve the partner experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Sales Operations within a comparable B2B environment.

• Must possess business fluency in both English and German.

• Capability to comprehend a customer's request, determine the solution, and effectively communicate internally for quick and thorough issue resolution.

• Strong administrative and operational skills with a keen focus on accuracy and detail.

• A structured and process-driven approach to work.

• A proactive follow-up mentality, capable of driving actions to completion.

• High levels of reliability, accountability, and ownership.
