This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +6 more states.
• Respond to incoming calls from healthcare providers concerning Benefits, Appeals, Authorization Claims, and Codes
• Manage an average of over 50 calls each day
• Navigate through several applications across multiple screens while handling inbound calls
• Complete 100% of training requirements during the initial 90 days of employment
• Address customer complaints using independent problem-solving skills to achieve one-call resolution
• Achieve or surpass call center performance metrics while delivering consistent customer service
• High School diploma or GED is mandatory
• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is essential
• A designated workspace free from distractions
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Programs
• Capability to manage multiple screens and applications simultaneously
• Familiarity with Medical Terminology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High-speed internet service (cable broadband or fiber optic) with at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload for remote work
