This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Serve as a subject matter and platform authority for clients and their accountants.
• Act as the intermediary among business proprietors, internal accountants, and accounting firms.
• Comprehend the challenges users face in their daily tasks.
• Investigate inquiries and deliver appropriate responses or solutions.
• Elevate issues to technical teams when required.
• Assist both in-house and firm-based accountants in importing their data into Pennylane to streamline migration.
• Complete the Pennylane Academy training and continuously enhance your understanding of the product and its processes.
• Receive and assess accounting-related inquiries.
• Monitor requests until the complete resolution of support tickets.
• Create and revise customer support documentation.
• Share accounting expertise and practical experience with team members.
• Convey well-founded customer feedback to the Product teams.
• Identify opportunities for enhancement and spearhead projects.
• Accounting qualification or degree (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant Manager for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses, Master’s in Accounting, Control and Auditing, or Bachelor’s in Administration and Accounting Management).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, ideally covering at least three tax-year-end periods.
• Direct experience collaborating with business owners is advantageous.
• Interest in cutting-edge work tools and new technologies.
• Self-driven, with the capability to independently solve problems and devise solutions.
• Familiarity with Pennylane is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to articulate concepts clearly.
• Ability to comprehend and respond to customer needs, deliver outstanding service, and sustain strong relationships.
• Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Adaptability to rapid changes in the platform.
• Enthusiasm for learning and staying updated with product advancements.
• Must not require visa sponsorship; recruitment is limited to Europe.
• Comfortable using ticketing and documentation tools (Intercom, Zendesk, Notion).
