This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Serve as a business and platform authority for users of Pennylane.
• Act as the intermediary between business executives, internal accountants, and accounting firms.
• Comprehend the challenges users face in their daily operations.
• Explore inquiries and offer solutions or answers.
• Refer issues to technical teams when needed.
• Assist corporate and firm accountants in transferring their data into Pennylane to streamline migration.
• Receive and assess accounting-related inquiries.
• Manage tickets until they are fully resolved.
• Address increasingly sophisticated customer inquiries.
• Develop and revise help resources.
• Share your accounting expertise and practical experience with team members.
• Provide product teams with well-organized feedback on customer interactions.
• Spot areas for enhancement and spearhead improvement initiatives.
• An accounting qualification or degree (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS PME-PMI Management Assistant, Master’s in Accounting, Control and Audit, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, preferably including at least three tax seasons.
• Direct experience collaborating with business leaders is advantageous.
• A passion for innovative work tools and emerging technologies.
• Self-driven, with the capability to independently resolve issues and discover solutions.
• Familiarity with Pennylane is a plus.
• Professional command of English.
• Strong writing abilities and the capacity to clarify concepts effectively.
• Capability to comprehend and address customer needs while delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Adaptability to rapid changes in the platform.
• Eagerness to learn and keep abreast of product advancements.
• Must reside in Europe; Pennylane does not offer visa sponsorship.
• Proficient in using ticketing tools (Intercom, Zendesk) and documentation platforms (Notion).
