This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Act as the business and platform specialist for clients utilizing Pennylane as their accounting and financial management software.
• Serve as a link between business owners, in-house accountants, and accounting firms.
• Engage with users daily to comprehend the challenges they face.
• Investigate inquiries and deliver appropriate answers or solutions.
• Refer issues to technical teams when necessary.
• Assist in-house accountants and accounting firms with importing their data into Pennylane to facilitate their migration.
• Monitor requests until the complete resolution of tickets.
• Manage increasingly complex customer inquiries.
• Develop and revise help resources to enhance customer self-sufficiency.
• Share accounting expertise and practical experience with team members.
• Convey well-founded customer feedback to the Product teams.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and spearhead projects that enhance team efficiency.
• An accounting qualification or degree (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant de Gestion PME-PMI, Master’s in Accounting, Control and Audit, or Bachelor’s in Administrative and Accounting Management).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, preferably including at least three tax seasons.
• Experience working directly with a business owner is advantageous.
• An interest in innovative work tools and emerging technologies.
• Self-driven, with the capability to independently solve problems and discover solutions.
• Familiarity with Pennylane is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts clearly and professionally to users.
• Capability to understand and respond to customer needs, deliver excellent service, and maintain robust relationships.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to the rapid evolution of the tool.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated with product developments.
• Must not require visa sponsorship; the employer cannot hire candidates outside of Europe.
