This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Serve as a subject-matter and platform authority for the Pennylane customer community.
• Act as the primary liaison among client executives, internal accountants, and accounting firms.
• Grasp the challenges users face on a daily basis.
• Examine inquiries and deliver answers or solutions.
• Refer issues to technical teams when required.
• Assist corporate and accounting-firm professionals in migrating their data into Pennylane.
• Ensure requests are followed through to the complete resolution of tickets.
• Manage increasingly intricate customer inquiries.
• Develop and revise customer support resources.
• Share accounting expertise and practical experience with team members.
• Offer the Product teams insightful feedback based on customer usage.
• Identify opportunities for enhancement to boost team productivity.
• Lead initiatives that advance the team’s professional growth and success.
• Relevant accounting qualification or degree (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant Manager for SMEs, Master’s in Accounting, Control and Audit, or Bachelor’s in Administrative and Accounting Management).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting firm; ideally, candidates should have navigated at least three tax seasons.
• Experience collaborating directly with company executives is advantageous, particularly in an internal advisory capacity.
• Enthusiasm for innovative tools and emerging technologies.
• Self-driven with the capability to independently resolve problems and identify solutions.
• Familiarity with Pennylane is beneficial.
• Professional-level English proficiency.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey concepts clearly and professionally to users.
• Capacity to understand and address customer requirements, deliver exceptional service, and sustain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Adaptability to rapid changes in the platform.
• Willingness to learn and stay informed about product advancements.
