This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Serve as a business and platform authority for clients utilizing Pennylane as their primary accounting and financial management software.
• Act as the intermediary between client executives, internal accountants, and accounting firms.
• Engage with users on a daily basis to comprehend the challenges they face.
• Investigate inquiries and provide solutions, escalating issues to technical teams when necessary.
• Assist corporate and accounting-firm accountants in integrating their data into Pennylane to streamline migration.
• Receive and assess accounting-related requests, delivering timely and relevant responses.
• Monitor requests until the complete resolution of tickets.
• Address progressively complex customer inquiries.
• Develop and update assistance resources to promote customer self-sufficiency.
• Share accounting expertise and practical experience with team members.
• Provide product teams with well-organized feedback based on customer usage.
• Identify opportunities for enhancement and contribute to team productivity.
• Lead initiatives that bolster professional growth and product knowledge.
• Potentially advance towards specialized Support queries, account management, or customer implementation roles.
• Formal training in accounting (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant de gestion PME-PMI, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting firm; ideally, this includes experience covering at least three tax seasons.
• Direct experience interacting with business owners is an advantage.
• Enthusiasm for innovative tools and emerging technologies.
• Self-driven, capable of independently solving problems and identifying solutions.
• Familiarity with Pennylane is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong written communication skills with a teaching-oriented approach to user interactions, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
• Ability to understand and respond to customer needs, deliver exceptional service, and maintain robust customer relationships.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to swift product changes.
• Willingness to learn and remain updated on product advancements.
