This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Balance immediate demand with an optimal short-term supply strategy across a network of similar facilities.

• Ensure schedule integrity, minimize freight costs, and maximize service efficiency.

• Input and optimize intercompany orders across designated product lines and plants.

• Facilitate cross-qualification and setup of products within the manufacturing network.

• Provide analytical support to fulfill business requirements.

• Act as a backup scheduler for specific facilities when necessary.

• Tactically oversee escalated expedited orders.

• Support the implementation of Preactor Finite Scheduling and Logility Advanced Supply Chain Planning systems.

• Drive and monitor date management and adherence to schedules.

• Lead the Supply-side order expedite (K2) process.

• Conduct Sales & Operations Execution meetings with manufacturing plants.

• Manage the near-term planning horizon of 0–4 weeks.

• Coordinate cross-qualification efforts across additional sites.

• Oversee inventory parameters and pre-build settings.

• Lead enhancements and training initiatives for Preactor.

• Provide essential data from Cognos, Tableau, and Logility.

• Spearhead continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, purchasing, and/or customer service is preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of production scheduling experience is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other related Office applications.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both external and internal customers.

• JDE experience is required.

• Familiarity with Logility and Preactor is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Green Belt Certification is preferred.

• Must possess employment authorization in the United States.
