📋 Description

• Analyze and design compensation programs for providers.

• Collect and evaluate data.

• Review CPT coding.

• Create financial proformas.

• Develop comprehensive reports.

• Conduct market analysis for providers.

• Model compensation plans for newly hired physicians, acquisitions, and contract renewals.

• Participate in implementation teams for new acquisitions integrated into the system.

• Research legal compliance, industry trends, and market surveys related to provider compensation, production, revenue, coding, and billing.

• Perform assessments of fair market value for provider compensation plans.

• Collaborate with third-party firms to obtain and manage external fair market reviews.

• Work alongside the Provider Compensation team and system leaders to develop plans that support care strategies, quality and performance objectives, financial goals, and provider development initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in progressively responsible positions.

• Proven experience in compensation design.

• Background in finance.

• Experience in physician practice management.

• Strong skills in project and change management.

• Preferred experience with Human Resources, Contracting, and Business Intelligence Software.

• Preferred experience with data reporting and analytics tools.
