This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with the daily management of equity compensation programs, which includes new awards, exercises, cancellations, and various transactions.
• Address employee inquiries regarding equity programs and related policies.
• Collaborate with payroll, legal, finance, tax, HR, and external vendors.
• Generate routine and ad hoc equity reports for internal stakeholders.
• Aid in developing employee communications, training materials, and educational resources.
• Ensure the accuracy of employee and equity data within the equity administration system.
• Coordinate with plan administrators and transfer agents for operational matters and issue resolution.
• Assist with Section 16 filings, including Forms 3, 4, and 5, along with other equity disclosures.
• Support the enrollment in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), contribution adjustments, and quarterly purchase processes.
• Help with tax compliance for both U.S. and international equity plans.
• Reconcile equity transactions across internal systems, transfer agents, and brokerage records.
• Assist with equity disclosures in 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and the annual proxy statement.
• Help prepare materials for Board and Compensation Committee meetings.
• Support audit requests, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, and internal controls.
• Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and enhancements in workflow.
• Experience in administering various equity award types across multiple jurisdictions, including RSUs, PSUs, stock options, and ESPPs.
• Familiarity with equity plan administration platforms and transfer agents; experience with UBS Plan Admin Pro and E*TRADE is preferred.
• Understanding of SEC filings related to equity compensation, including Section 16 filings and proxy disclosures.
• Knowledge of U.S. federal and state taxation related to equity compensation and a general awareness of global equity tax considerations.
• Basic comprehension of accounting principles associated with equity compensation.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and excellent organizational skills.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to engage with employees and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Awareness of confidentiality requirements and employee privacy regulations, including GDPR.
• Working knowledge of SOX controls and controlled environments.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supporting global equity compensation programs within a public company setting.
• Hands-on experience with equity administration systems and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Certified Equity Professional (CEP Level 2 or 3) is preferred.
• Other forms of compensation and benefits may be available.
• Minimal travel requirements (up to 5%).
