Supply Chain Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee tailored supply chain solutions for localization and/or data services initiatives.

• Provide support for complex supply chain solutions.

• Manage onboarding and qualification processes, financial considerations, risk assessment, compliance, contracting, reporting, and the evaluation of supplier performance.

• Assume responsibility and lead specific business areas or initiatives, ensuring that performance and advancement align with expectations.

• Act as a supply chain expert, delivering solutions to internal teams that support client delivery.

• Assess current and future needs for assigned accounts.

• Design, create, and/or manage bespoke supply chain solutions utilizing global partners and the AI Community.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.

• Establish and nurture productive relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

• Assist suppliers with client-specific requirements, processes, and resolving issues.

• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for workflow and process enhancements.

• Oversee and evaluate supplier performance for designated accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, vendor management, project management, or a related field, ideally within the localization and/or data services sector.

• Capability to take charge of responsibilities and manage tasks autonomously, while also knowing when to seek assistance.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• A process-oriented approach with a strong emphasis on achieving results.

• Proficiency in English, both in speaking and writing.

• Advanced skills in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), including functions like VLOOKUP.

• Exceptional organizational and prioritization capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.

• Demonstrated experience working with data, conducting analyses, and presenting actionable insights, recommendations, and reports.
