This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.

📋 Description

• Oversee weekly End-of-Week (EOH) and sell-through reports; communicate updates through Slack.

• Review planning files for errors, identify formula mistakes, and highlight stock-out risks and reorder points.

• Assist with monthly and quarterly forecasts, setup of new SKUs, and synchronization of marketing promotions.

• Monitor order ETAs and coordinate timelines among different teams.

• Manage daily communications with suppliers located in China, Korea, and the USA; place orders and verify delivery dates.

• Handle Purchase Orders (POs) using ClickUp and the ERP system (Fulfil); collaborate with freight forwarders and domestic carriers.

• Process vendor invoices and payment requests efficiently.

• Collaborate across departments to ensure task completion and alignment in production processes.

• Maintain updated PO and shipping status for team visibility.

• Continuously refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and document processes using Loom walkthroughs.

• Support leadership with various ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in supply chain, inventory management, or data-intensive operations within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

• Proven experience in coordinating with both domestic and international suppliers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics (3PLs).

• Proficient in project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com, as well as ERP/WMS systems (Fulfil, NetSuite, Cin7, Sage, etc.).

• Advanced skills in spreadsheet applications (Excel/Google Sheets) – adept at handling large datasets, complex formulas, and ensuring data integrity.

• Strong administrative, reconciliation, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to multitask, adjust priorities, and work in alignment with leadership.

• Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, Viktor, etc.) for formula creation or automation tasks.
