📋 Description

• Engage in a 24-month program featuring two 12-month developmental assignments within various Supply Chain fields and corporate functions.

• Acquire hands-on experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Ingredient Merchandising & Sourcing, Logistics, and Continuous Improvement.

• Participate in formal training, complete work assignments, engage in strategic projects, and take advantage of career development and networking opportunities.

• Contribute through community service initiatives.

• Navigate diverse, challenging, and high-visibility assignments throughout the Supply Chain.

• Become eligible for pivotal Supply Chain & Operations positions upon successful completion of the program.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Operations, Business/Ag Business, Economics, Food Science, Engineering, Agriculture, or a recognized undergraduate program.

• Graduation anticipated in December 2026 or May 2027.

• Proven leadership experience within school, academic, or industry-related organizations.

• Openness to relocation and travel is essential.
