Entrepreneur in Residence, Future CEO, Supply Chain Intelligence B2B

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Lead a new venture focused on digitizing the agricultural supply chain, emphasizing B2B procurement in the biomass sector.

• Transform a pre-validated value proposition into a sustainable product and business until market launch.

• Refine the value proposition and the business model.

• Validate target users, target customers, and the user journey.

• Define a go-to-market strategy.

• Design a digital MVP, including no-code or low-code solutions.

• Test the problem-solution fit with real clients.

• Analyze adoption, conversion, retention, and willingness to pay.

• Iterate on the value proposition and business model based on testing outcomes.

• Launch experimental marketing campaigns.

• Validate acquisition channels.

• Secure initial customers or proof of concept (PoC).

• Lead the venture's fundraising efforts.

• Present the opportunity to business angels, corporates, and investors.

• Build the founding team.

• Propel the startup to a seed round within 6–9 months.

• Become the CEO and co-founder of the new enterprise.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in startup environments, product management, growth, innovation, or venture building.

• Direct experience in validating digital products and MVPs.

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, strategic vision, and execution capabilities.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage the uncertainty typical of early-stage ventures.

• Plus: experience as a founder, in fundraising, or with product-led growth.

• CV or LinkedIn profile required.

• A brief Loom video, no longer than 1 minute, discussing engaging challenges, a validated project or idea created from scratch, and your motivation for the role.
