Supply Chain Manager – Customization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in the negotiation, execution, and management of contracts with third-party manufacturers.

• Oversee the entire supply chain for contract partners, encompassing production, quality, warehousing, and transportation.

• Address operational challenges with manufacturing and packaging partners.

• Facilitate weekly performance evaluations, pinpoint gaps through data analysis, foster improvements, and monitor key performance indicators such as order fulfillment and quality.

• Organize planning, execution, and launch initiatives for new products in collaboration with contract manufacturers and packaging partners.

• Employ established techniques to tackle complex operational issues with partners.

• Report directly to the Director of Contract Manufacturing.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in supply chain operations, ideally within consumer-packaged goods (CPG), with a preference for the beverage sector.

• Exceptional negotiation, project management, analytical, problem-solving, and supplier relationship management abilities.

• Familiarity with industry knowledge and various beverage systems is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel significantly, up to 50% of the time.

• Development of project management and change management skills is necessary.

• Demonstrated experience in a highly collaborative and fast-paced business setting.

• Capability to dynamically resolve problems and address issues promptly.

• Proficiency in developing timelines, organizing tasks, setting priorities, and executing plans.

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a rapidly growing environment.

• Knowledge of Google platforms, Salesforce, and other leading CRM tools in the industry.

• Experience in implementing AI and automation technologies is a plus.

• Six Sigma Lean certification is preferred.
