This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Facilitate domestic and international shipments by collaborating with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and various logistics providers.
β’ Monitor the progress of shipments from dispatch to final delivery, proactively identifying and reporting any delays, exceptions, or missed delivery milestones.
β’ Ensure clear and timely communication regarding shipments to suppliers, warehouses, drivers, customers, and internal teams.
β’ Prepare, review, and validate bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, and customs documentation.
β’ Detect and escalate any discrepancies related to weights, quantities, shipping records, documentation, or delivery details.
β’ Manage final-mile delivery requirements and assist in resolving issues that may hinder successful customer delivery.
β’ Receive, assess, process, and report on product quality claims and discrepancies related to shipments.
β’ Oversee inventory transfers and warehouse logistics while ensuring accurate movement records are maintained.
β’ Input customer orders and keep order information updated in Order Management and ERP systems.
β’ Generate recurring and ad hoc reports on logistics, orders, claims, and shipments for the Operations team.
β’ 1-3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain, transportation, or a closely related operations role.
β’ Background in a B2B logistics or import/export setting with international shipments.
β’ Practical experience in coordinating both domestic and international shipments.
β’ Familiarity with shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, and customs paperwork.
β’ Proficient written English skills with strong professional email communication capabilities.
β’ Excellent attention to detail and experience adhering to structured processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
β’ Experience coordinating shipments involving Asia, Mexico, or Latin America.
β’ Background in processing logistics claims, product quality claims, shipment discrepancies, or documentation exceptions.
β’ Experience in reviewing mismatches related to quantities, weights, invoices, or shipment documentation.
β’ Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Familiarity with ERP, Order Management, inventory, or logistics tracking systems.
