This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Formulate and execute supply chain strategies for designated accounts
• Manage the complete supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, and inventory management
• Create customized supply chain solutions that align with service, cost, and risk priorities
• Act as the main escalation contact for customer supply chain challenges
• Enhance on-time delivery performance across designated programs
• Collaborate with demand planning to synchronize forecasts and boost accuracy
• Optimize inventory levels and manage working capital effectively
• Supervise long-term capacity planning and material distribution
• Ensure effective launch plans for New Product Introductions (NPI) and intersite product transfers
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and work with sourcing and procurement teams to mitigate supply risks
• Lead customer materials repricing initiatives
• Negotiate terms with suppliers
• Reduce exposure and liability related to excess and obsolete inventory
• Implement Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), Just-In-Time (JIT), and consignment supply chain models
• Align Sales, Operations, and Procurement teams to fulfill customer commitments
• Guide and mentor site materials teams
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
• Experience in end-to-end supply chain processes
• Over 5 years of leadership experience in supply chain within EMS/electronics manufacturing
• Strong expertise in customer program management
• In-depth knowledge of electronics market dynamics
• Proven track record in inventory optimization and working capital management
• Experience in managing cross-regional and remote teams
• Capability to operate in high-volatility supply environments
• Excellent communication, leadership, process development, and negotiation skills
• Competence in handling multiple competing priorities with urgency and minimal supervision
• Ability to work within a cross-functional team setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• U.S. Citizenship required for ITAR and/or CUI compliance
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
