Supply Chain Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of Ting's physical supply chain, which includes contract manufacturing, 3PL, Amazon FBA, and returns.

• Act as the operational lead for third-party logistics partners across various fulfillment locations.

• Track fulfillment performance, inventory accuracy, and adherence to SLAs; conduct partner meetings and address fulfillment failures, receiving discrepancies, and shipping exceptions.

• Assist in the onboarding of new fulfillment locations and allocation rules.

• Manage inventory visibility across manufacturers, 3PL nodes, Amazon, and returns.

• Maintain reorder points and safety stock; reconcile WMS, internal systems, and ERP inventory while investigating variances to identify root causes.

• Ensure serial-level inventory integrity.

• Collaborate with contract manufacturing and processing partners, handling purchase orders, receipt confirmations, inbound freight, production tracking, returns processing, and FBA preparation.

• Plan and implement Amazon FBA replenishment, create shipment plans, coordinate preparation and labeling, and reconcile FBA inventory.

• Manage returns and reverse logistics, which includes intake, processing, disposition, RMA workflows, carrier integrations, automation rules, and returns data.

• Resolve customer or partner issues in the returns experience in collaboration with Product Operations engineering.

• Oversee packaging vendors and manage quote-to-order cycles for mailers, inserts, and partner-specific materials.

• Maintain bills of materials, minimum/maximum inventory levels, and ensure correct pack-out by order profile.

• Coordinate inbound, transfer, and outbound freight; manage bills of lading, carrier selection, freight audits, and claims.

• Serve as the supply chain business owner in NetSuite, managing item master, locations, transfer orders, inventory adjustments, and landed costs.

• Document processes, define tolerances, and create repeatable monitoring workflows.

• Work collaboratively with Product Operations, Engineering, Finance, and external partners; report directly to the Director of Product Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, or inventory operations within a DTC or hardware company, or in client operations for a 3PL.

• Practical experience with 3PL and inventory management.

• Proficient in using NetSuite or a similar ERP for inventory, purchasing, and transfers.

• Experience in direct collaboration with a contract manufacturer, co-packer, or processing partner.

• Proficient in spreadsheets and data exports; capable of investigating discrepancies to identify root causes.

• Ability to articulate clear requirements for internal tools or automation and validate completed tasks.

• Proven track record of process ownership and initiative.

• Strong written communication skills with partners and internal stakeholders.

• Experience managing vendors and coordinating cross-functional work in a fully remote environment.

• Experience with Amazon FBA is an advantage, including FBA shipment plans, inventory replenishment against limits, or inventory reconciliation.

• Experience with serialized hardware is a plus.
