This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the development, planning, and execution of the S&OP process.
• Implement global sourcing strategies across various supplier categories.
• Oversee a complex product portfolio, inventory, vendor relationships, and overall delivered cost.
• Coordinate purchase requisitions within the ERP system.
• Track supplier performance KPIs and generate reports.
• Align production and development initiatives with program objectives.
• Share demand and forecasts with vendors and suppliers.
• Conduct demand planning meetings and compile total demand from internal stakeholders.
• Formulate and oversee manufacturing and distribution plans for both new and existing products.
• Develop replenishment plans and orders for finished goods.
• Establish and maintain safety stock levels.
• Administer communications related to manufacturing plans and purchase order processes.
• Address exceptions, escalate supply risks, and execute mitigation strategies.
• Lead the monthly Sales and Operations Planning process and convey results.
• Report on supply chain metrics and collaborate with Finance on month-end closing and J-SOX controls.
• Manage inventory levels, stock movements, and inventory reconciliation.
• Model supply scenarios with high accuracy and well-documented assumptions.
• Coordinate transportation and logistics, manage release documentation, invoice discrepancies, and master data.
• Handle distribution escalations and oversee resolutions with 3PLs and internal teams.
• Oversee ERP interfaces, transactions, and postings.
• Manage 3PL inventory, returns, claims, recalls, destructions, and reporting.
• Oversee pick/pack/ship processes and ensure delivery performance.
• Manage packing instructions, shipping configurations, and transportation methods.
• Oversee submission and renewal of distribution state licenses.
• Manage international and intercompany orders and shipments.
• Oversee serialization programs at 3PLs to ensure compliance with DSCSA requirements.
• Manage distribution budgets, service purchase orders, invoices, expense allocations, forecasts, and accruals.
• Lead relationships with vendors and suppliers across manufacturing, supply chain, packaging, distribution, and logistics.
• Manage service agreements, product launches, business reviews, performance metrics, and audits.
• Monitor supply chain and packaging risks and assess supplier performance.
• Enhance processes and system efficiency while ensuring compliance.
• Oversee supply chain SOPs and training programs to comply with GxP, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong business analytical skills.
• Project management capabilities.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in MS 365 Suite.

• Industry experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or food sectors.
• Preferred: APICS certification.
• Preferred: Knowledge of GMP.
