This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the senior leader responsible for performance, execution, and delivering client value across designated client engagements.
β’ Develop and sustain executive-level client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on supply chain transformation and performance enhancement.
β’ Align client stakeholders, on-site teams, and Vizient functional leaders to a cohesive operating model.
β’ Formulate long-term supply chain strategies and transformation roadmaps.
β’ Oversee integrated supply chain delivery encompassing sourcing, value analysis, analytics, inventory, and operations.
β’ Convert enterprise and client strategy into quantifiable integrated operating plans.
β’ Propel savings initiatives, operational enhancements, and transformation endeavors.
β’ Guarantee coordinated execution across National Centers and between on-site and centralized teams.
β’ Recognize risks, eliminate obstacles, and guide structured problem-solving.
β’ Direct process redesign, standardization, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
β’ Aid in the implementation of tools, technologies, and capabilities that enhance scalability and client outcomes.
β’ Establish governance structures, decision rights, escalation pathways, and accountability frameworks.
β’ Define and track KPIs, dashboards, and management routines.
β’ Identify opportunities to broaden client scope, strengthen partnerships, enhance outcomes, and elevate engagement value.
β’ Collaborate with leadership on revenue growth and margin optimization strategies.
β’ Support business development through executive engagement, solution development, and operational credibility.
β’ Create scalable solutions and offerings for multiple clients.
β’ Foster alignment and results without direct authority among matrixed stakeholders.
β’ Guide teams through transitions and facilitate the adoption of new working methods.
β’ Offer structured guidance and feedback to promote performance and professional development.
β’ Balance enterprise standards with the specific needs of clients.
β’ Collaborate with National Center leadership to deploy expertise in a coordinated and scalable manner.
β’ Bachelorβs degree preferred.
β’ Advanced degree is desirable.
β’ A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare supply chain, hospital operations, consulting, or related fields is required.
β’ Proven experience in leading complex, multi-site environments and large-scale transformation initiatives.
β’ Demonstrated success in operating within highly matrixed organizations and influencing without direct authority.
β’ Strong record of delivering measurable financial and operational outcomes.
β’ Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders in health systems or similarly intricate organizations.
β’ Willingness to travel regularly and efficiently throughout the year to meet client needs and timelines.
