Supply Chain and International Procurement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage procurement activities, which include sourcing, vendor assessment, and contract negotiations.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with vendors and suppliers to guarantee timely deliveries and cost efficiency.

• Supervise and uphold optimal inventory levels in alignment with production schedules.

• Execute inventory audits, resolve discrepancies, and enforce inventory management controls.

• Collaborate with production, operations, and other departments to anticipate material needs.

• Prepare and manage purchase orders, invoices, and procurement-related documentation.

• Monitor and evaluate inventory KPIs, such as turnover, shrinkage, and lead times.

• Deliver regular inventory reports to management.

• Spot areas for improvement in procurement and inventory management processes.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement and inventory management, ideally within a manufacturing setting.

• In-depth knowledge of inventory management systems, procurement methodologies, and vendor relationship management.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/inventory management software.

• Outstanding negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Capability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Preferred: Basic understanding or speaking ability in Mandarin.

• Minimum requirement of a 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent.

• At least 4.00 GB of computer memory/RAM.

• Must operate on Windows 10 or Mac OSX; Linux, Unix, or other operating systems are not eligible.

• Internet speed of 5.0 MBPS or higher on both primary and backup connections.

• Required: noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port.

• Required: webcam capable of at least 3 megapixels and 720p recording.
