This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Deploy the AKIBA solution across MSF missions and projects in partnership with MIO–Pharma and MIO–IT.
• Acquire in-depth technical and functional knowledge of AKIBA to serve as the primary point of reference for deployment.
• Travel sequentially to missions and projects in Africa, the Middle East, South America, and Asia to implement the tool and promote its adoption.
• Organize meetings with field teams to update them on deployment strategies, the significance of AKIBA, and essential prerequisites.
• Oversee the implementation process, ensuring completeness, timeliness, and accurate reporting of deployment visits.
• Provide remote assistance to missions and projects until the handover to the AKIBA team is complete.
• Document and report on the status of implementation efforts.
• Set up and configure Dynamics 365 F&O tailored to specific mission requirements.
• Train mission and supply teams on AKIBA applications and offer functional support.
• Monitor system usage and challenges, document any missing functional guide steps, and report on progress and operational challenges.
• Design and deliver training sessions to ensure proper and sustainable use of the implemented components.
• Collaborate with project and supply teams, supply referents, and central ERP support teams for a synchronized rollout.
• Act as the primary contact for addressing functional issues, troubleshooting, and resolution throughout the deployment period.
• Facilitate change management, stakeholder engagement, ownership, and long-term sustainability.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, including a background as a Supply Manager.
• Experience in leading, coaching, or supporting teams in remote, security-sensitive, or challenging environments.
• Previous experience in training diverse teams, ideally in multicultural or humanitarian contexts.
• Familiarity with MSF supply standards, procedures, and technical practices.
• Strong understanding of ERP solutions.
• Experience with the deployment of MS Dynamics Supply Chain Management module is considered a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Arabic is considered a strong asset.
• Good computer skills.
• Excellent planning, service orientation, teamwork, and cross-cultural awareness.
• Dedication to the principles and values of Médecins Sans Frontières.
• Willingness to travel frequently to MSF missions, spending at least 80% of the time in the field.
• Home-based work arrangement.
• Frequent travel to MSF missions.
