This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Create and uphold demand forecasts leveraging historical sales data, market trends, customer demand, and promotional activities.
β’ Track forecast accuracy and modify plans in response to evolving business conditions.
β’ Verify forecast results, pinpoint exceptions, and offer recommendations to stakeholders.
β’ Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
β’ Assist in promotional and campaign planning by evaluating demand increases and inventory needs.
β’ Oversee purchasing and replenishment activities to guarantee product availability.
β’ Maintain optimal inventory levels while reducing stockouts and surplus stock.
β’ Assess supplier performance, delivery schedules, and potential supply chain risks.
β’ Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure stock availability and timely deliveries.
β’ Communicate with suppliers and contract manufacturers regarding production needs and delivery timelines.
β’ Support production planning and scheduling to align with forecasted demand.
β’ Aid in supplier compliance, quality standards, and resolving issues.
β’ Analyze and report on demand, inventory, production, sales, and supply chain performance metrics.
β’ Manage planning tools, dashboards, trackers, and reporting models.
β’ Identify opportunities for enhancing forecasting accuracy, reporting, inventory visibility, and operational efficiency.
β’ Carry out other supply chain and demand planning tasks as needed.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, Logistics, Operations, or a related discipline is preferred.
β’ At least 3+ years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, procurement, supply chain, or a similar analytical role.
β’ Proficiency with demand planning, ERP, inventory management, or reporting systems.
β’ Experience collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers, or logistics partners is highly valued.
β’ Familiarity with AI-enabled forecasting, automation, or analytics tools is a plus.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret sales, inventory, and forecasting data.
β’ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or comparable tools.
β’ Solid understanding of inventory management, replenishment planning, purchasing, and supply chain operations.
β’ Ability to recognize trends, validate data, challenge assumptions, and provide practical recommendations.
β’ Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Detail-oriented, commercially savvy, and proactive in a dynamic environment.
β’ Work from home; Dayshift - 0700 AM- 0400 PM PHT (adjustments will be made for daylight saving time).
β’ Monday to Friday; weekends off.
