Supply Chain Analytics, Anaplan Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and oversee the development of Tableau dashboards for demand, supply planning, and logistics.

• Collaborate with process owners to ensure dashboard requirements are in line with business objectives.

• Analyze data discrepancies, identify root causes, and monitor reporting adoption, usage, and quality feedback.

• Assist with Anaplan data pipelines, encompassing inputs, outputs, and downstream feeds.

• Detect data gaps that may hinder planning accuracy.

• Test and verify Anaplan reporting outputs.

• Document business logic, data sources, and validation procedures.

• Address day-to-day supply chain model issues and fixes.

• Elevate architecture problems, material planning policy updates, and significant cross-functional trade-offs.

• Manage model updates from requirement gathering and testing to deployment.

• Enhance repeatable validation processes.

• Oversee the intake pipeline for supply chain planning and logistics analytics requests.

• Evaluate opportunities based on their impact, effort, and timing.

• Utilize approved generative AI and analytical tools to analyze large datasets, uncover anomalies and trends, support exploratory analysis, and formulate hypotheses.

• Validate AI-generated insights against source data and business context prior to presenting recommendations.

• Report to the Senior Manager, Demand Planning & Analytics.

• Work in partnership with business and technical stakeholders across planning, logistics, finance, and technical teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, Engineering, Business, or a related area.

• 2–4+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, BI, planning support, or data management.

• Practical experience with Anaplan, including model support, testing, and troubleshooting.

• Proficient in building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau or similar BI platforms.

• Familiarity with NetSuite or another ERP system.

• Understanding of how transactional and master data support planning and reporting processes.

• Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Skilled in investigating data discrepancies and proposing effective solutions.

• Experience utilizing generative AI, machine-assisted analytics, or automation tools for data processing, analysis, explanation, or documentation.

• Competence in validating AI-generated outputs, identifying limitations or inaccuracies, safeguarding sensitive information, and exercising sound business judgment.

• Ability to gather requirements, delineate scope, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable reporting and analytics outputs.

• Proficient in cross-functional communication across planning, logistics, finance, and technical teams.

• Capable of working independently and adapting methods as necessary.

• Anaplan Model Builder certification is preferred.

• Proficiency in SQL, data integration concepts, data modeling, automated data-quality checks, and advanced spreadsheet reconciliation is preferred.

• Functional knowledge of demand/supply/inventory planning, logistics, or S&OP processes is preferred.

• Familiarity with data governance, lineage, and reporting is preferred.

• Must reside in and work remotely from the United States.
