This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Gather and evaluate data from healthcare supply chain sources, including ERP and EHR systems.

• Develop and sustain reports, dashboards, and visualizations for key performance indicators (KPIs) and supply chain metrics.

• Foster relationships with cross-functional teams to pinpoint reporting requirements and identify gaps.

• Create and refine reporting tools utilizing ERP-delivered reporting, third-party solutions, Tableau, and Power BI.

• Promote effective usage and interpretation of reporting outcomes.

• Collaborate with end users to enhance use cases and optimize reporting tools.

• Convert end-user feedback and business requirements into actionable development tasks.

• Uphold data security and privacy standards.

• Oversee projects related to the development of data sources and reporting tools.

• Monitor project activities and communicate progress to managers.

• Enhance workflows and decrease operational inefficiencies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, or 3 years of relevant work experience in healthcare supply chain as a substitute for a degree.

• Generally, 3 years of experience in contracting, group purchasing organizations, procurement, or healthcare supply chain.

• Experience in non-healthcare industries may be considered in place of direct healthcare experience.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Some development skills in Tableau or Power BI are preferred.

• Excellent communication abilities for converting analytical insights into business recommendations.

• Capability to translate customer challenges into data requirements and analytical perspectives.

• Competence to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently.

• Ability to take ownership of projects from conception to completion with minimal supervision.

• License/Registration/Certification: None necessary.

• Capacity to ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in healthcare.

• Limited travel may be required.
