This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Effectively communicate with colleagues to promote a collaborative work environment.
• Proactively recognize challenges and apply efficient solutions utilizing BlueBin methodologies and tools.
• Keep a well-organized workspace and possess a thorough understanding of the BlueBin system.
• Accurately assemble and install racks and hardware in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure proper labeling and effective bin fitting for inventory management.
• Assist with system installations and offer post-installation support and training.
• Carry out Gemba walks to observe, collect feedback, and enhance processes.
• Develop precise room layouts and create plans for space optimization.
• Conduct final quality inspections on racks to reduce errors.
• Utilize BlueQ technology and Excel proficiently for data management and reporting purposes.
• Train new team members and guide daily build activities to sustain project progress.
• Facilitate training sessions for end users regarding system operation and inventory management.
• Monitor and report on inventory levels to ensure timely restocking.
• Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Previous experience in inventory management or supply chain operations is advantageous.
• Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management applications.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement practices.
• Ability to stand and sit for long durations, crouch, push/pull, and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Comfort in working within a healthcare setting.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work during non-peak hours for Go-Live Implementation as needed.
