Supervisor, Provider Data Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily functions of provider data management operations.

• Guide provider data management initiatives in accordance with plan and contract specifications as well as standard business protocols.

• Handle the entire process of provider data entry and upkeep for claims payments, member assignments, and directory presentations.

• Analyze and resolve intricate provider data management challenges.

• Spot patterns and suggest enhancements to prevent potential issues.

• Lead the allocation of tasks for team workflow and distribution.

• Assess team performance against provider data quality standards.

• Organize meetings with Health Plan representatives.

• Provide training and mentorship to Provider Data Management Analysts I and II, as well as Team Leads.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without needing employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of combined experience in management, provider data management, data analysis, and customer service is necessary.

• Experience in healthcare operations is preferred, including claims processing, billing, provider relations, or contracting within a managed care, insurance, or medical office setting.

• Proven experience in performing and leading teams.

• Familiarity with data entry and maintenance is essential.

• Experience utilizing various systems and applications to verify data is required.

• Capability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET is necessary.
