Supervisor, IKC Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Care Coordinators and manage their daily operations.

• Provide guidance, onboarding, training, coaching, and development for direct reports.

• Cultivate a positive and rewarding work atmosphere.

• Assist Regional Care Coordinators and promote professional advancement.

• Clearly communicate job expectations and responsibilities to team members.

• Handle recruitment, promotions, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

• Organize, oversee, assess, and manage both team and individual workflows.

• Collaborate with People Services on issues related to employee relations.

• Facilitate coaching, mentoring, and training sessions.

• Complete evaluations for teammates and set quarterly and annual objectives.

• Work alongside direct reports and upper management on professional development initiatives.

• Adhere to teammate guidelines, employment policies, and company procedures.

• Implement wage and hour laws along with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Create informative presentations and spreadsheets; lead team meetings and present findings to upper management.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports.

• Safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of medical and operational records.

• Comply with data collection and audit protocols.

• Review and authorize time for non-exempt direct reports.

• Monitor overtime, attendance, and paid time off (PTO).

• Deliver formal ad hoc training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma required.

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a leadership role.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Intermediate proficiency in computer skills.

• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Capability to manage and maintain confidential information with sound discretion and judgment.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
