Supervisor – Fraud Investigations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee support staff

• Establish daily operational goals for the team

• Ensure that policies, practices, and procedures are comprehended and adhered to by direct reports, customers, and stakeholders

• Investigate any suspected incidents of unlawful activity or potential fraud involving team members, vendors, or external parties

• Collaborate on information collection and reporting with relevant law enforcement agencies

• Present evidence in court

• Maintain case management and evidence in compliance with legal standards

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is required; a combination of education and experience may be considered

• Extensive knowledge of technical or operational practices relevant to the assigned discipline

• Minimum of 2 years of prior leadership experience

• Familiarity with basic management strategies

• Capability to supervise support staff and ensure that policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed
