Supervisor, Client Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing HPE's worldwide events, hospitality, and executive engagement initiatives.

• Oversee the planning and execution of intricate, high-profile programs.

• Research, define, and propose strategies for customer engagement and premium hosting.

• Keep track of global industry trends and B2B engagement tactics.

• Direct all aspects of event lifecycle operations, including commercial sell-in, contract negotiations, hotel accommodations, food and beverage services, ground transportation, registration systems, gifts, uniforms, marketing materials, signage, and guest itineraries.

• Ensure consistent, high-touch daily verbal and written communication with clients.

• Create strategic documents and deliverables for executive presentations.

• Compose executive-level internal and external communications.

• Maximize the use and placement of sponsorship assets.

• Establish structured project execution workflows, project plans, timelines, and KPIs.

• Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and finalize spend reconciliations.

• Coordinate internal subject matter expert resource groups across creative, digital, procurement, finance, logistics, and global operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in planning and executing both domestic and international corporate hospitality programs.

• Background in activating sponsorship and experiential assets.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs with minimal supervision.

• Outstanding organizational skills, sound judgment, adaptability, and a dedication to delivering premium experiences and exceptional client service.

• Experience managing high-value client accounts and navigating corporate relationships.

• Capability to quickly master complex new systems.

• Proficiency in managing multiple competing priorities, clients, and projects concurrently.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

• Full authorization and willingness to travel internationally for site inspections and extended onsite execution periods of up to 90 days.
