📋 Description

• Oversee the intelligence workflow, define project scopes, gather relevant information, and assist in prioritizing tasks within the PFM Analyst team.

• Facilitate business expansion in Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences.

• Act as a primary contact for PFM commercial teams concerning intelligence initiatives.

• Provide ongoing guidance and expert support to Analysts on a daily basis.

• Organize and prioritize efforts related to lead qualification, research, and landscape analysis.

• Foster effective research methodologies, stakeholder communication, CRM maintenance, and timely project deliverables.

• Assist in outreach efforts to attract new and repeat business from biotech and pharmaceutical firms.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Lead Generation teams.

• Refresh sales, lead generation, and project management systems to ensure data accuracy.

• Share successful practices and assist in onboarding and skill enhancement.

• Uphold standards for research and lead management processes, data precision, and documentation protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in marketing, communication, science, or a business-related field, or equivalent experience in marketing, communication, business development, or sales.

• Strong understanding of the CRO and Specialty Labs market and Precision's role within it.

• At least 2 years of experience in an analytical sales support capacity.

• Direct B2B sales experience in the life sciences sector.

• Extensive knowledge of lead generation tools and methodologies.

• Proven skills in Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration.

• Proficient in Research & Competitive Intelligence Mapping.

• Ability in Strategic Thinking & Prioritization.

• Competency in Data-Driven Decision Making.

• Exceptional Written & Verbal Communication skills.
