This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and guide up to 12 PMHNPs, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols, billing practices, and the integration of brief psychotherapy.
• Facilitate weekly supervision during the onboarding phase of new APPs, transitioning to monthly group supervision thereafter.
• Provide second-opinion consultations for more complex cases involving PMHNPs.
• Responsibly prescribe medications in accordance with measurement-based care principles.
• Conduct follow-up assessments, manage medication regimens, and offer psychotherapy when clinically suitable.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and enhance psychiatric care tools, workflows, and treatment models.
• Assist in defining and executing treatment guidelines and protocols alongside the Medical Director.
• Partner with therapists, care coordinators, and other clinicians within an interdisciplinary care framework.
• Engage in case reviews and participate in clinical discussions.
• Must reside in the state of Georgia.
• Board-certified Psychiatrist (MD or DO) required.
• Active and unrestricted federal DEA registration necessary.
• Must hold an active license in Georgia.
• Demonstrated experience in supervising Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs).
• Familiarity with state-specific collaborative practice agreements and multi-state supervision regulations.
• Experience with telemedicine platforms and virtual care services is essential.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, measurement-based, collaborative care.
• Willingness and eligibility to acquire additional state licenses and DEA registrations as necessary for multi-state practice.
• Preferred: additional state licenses or active involvement/eligibility in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).
• Preferred: physical presence in practice or primary home office situated within Georgia.
• Flexible schedule allowing for up to 5 hours per week without on-call responsibilities.
