This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Conduct individual and/or group supervision as required
• Evaluate and authorize treatment plans alongside clinical documentation
• Direct clinical decision-making and case formulation processes
• Ensure adherence to state licensing boards and payer obligations, including UHC/Optum supervisory billing standards
• Maintain supervision documentation that is ready for audits
• Enforce compliance with Impireum Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Assess notes for medical necessity, accuracy, and alignment with treatment objectives
• Deliver structured, actionable feedback
• Enhance consistency among clinicians
• Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer, clinical leadership, and operations and billing departments
• Assist in the onboarding and training of associate clinicians
• This is a supervision-only position with no direct patient care responsibilities
• An active, unrestricted LCSW-S or LPC-S license
• Eligibility to supervise according to state regulations
• Licensed in one or more of the following states: TX, FL, MD, DE, PA, GA, LA
• 3–5+ years of experience post-licensure
• Previous supervision experience is preferred
