This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Deliver necessary individual and/or group supervision.
• Evaluate and endorse treatment plans and clinical documentation.
• Direct clinical decision-making and case formulation processes.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing boards and payer regulations, including UHC/Optum supervisory billing standards.
• Maintain supervision documentation that is ready for audits.
• Uphold adherence to Impireum SOPs.
• Assess notes for medical necessity, accuracy, and alignment with treatment plans.
• Offer structured, actionable feedback.
• Enhance consistency among clinicians.
• Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer, clinical leadership, and operations and billing teams.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of associate clinicians.
• Active, unrestricted LCSW-S or LPC-S license.
• Eligible to supervise according to state requirements.
• Licensed in one or more of the following states: TX, FL, MD, DE, PA, GA, LA.
• 3–5+ years of experience post-licensure.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
• Flexible schedule.
