This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Deliver essential individual and/or group supervision to associate-level therapists.
• Evaluate and authorize treatment plans alongside clinical documentation.
• Facilitate clinical decision-making and case formulation processes.
• Ensure adherence to state licensing boards, payer requirements, and Impireum standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Keep supervision documentation ready for audits.
• Review notes for medical necessity, precision, and alignment with treatment plans.
• Provide structured and actionable feedback to enhance consistency among clinicians.
• Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer, clinical leadership, and operational and billing teams.
• Assist in onboarding and training of associate clinicians.
• Oversee the timeliness of documentation, clinical quality, audit preparedness, and consistency among supervisees.
• Current, unrestricted LCSW-S or LPC-S license.
• Eligibility to supervise according to state regulations.
• Licensed in one or more of the following states: TX, FL, MD, DE, PA, GA, LA.
• 3–5+ years of experience post-licensure.
• Previous supervision experience is preferred.
• Capability to provide individual and/or group supervision.
• Understanding of state licensing boards and payer requirements, including UHC/Optum supervisory billing standards.
• Ability to maintain documentation that is ready for audits.
• Proficiency in reviewing treatment plans and clinical documentation.
• Competence in assessing medical necessity, accuracy, and alignment with treatment plans.
