Supervising Clinician, LCSW-S

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver necessary individual and/or group supervision.

• Evaluate and authorize treatment plans and clinical documentation.

• Direct clinical decision-making and case formulation.

• Ensure adherence to state licensing boards and payer requirements, including UHC/Optum supervisory billing standards.

• Maintain documentation for supervision that is ready for audits.

• Uphold compliance with Impireum Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Examine notes for medical necessity, precision, and alignment with treatment plans.

• Offer structured, actionable feedback.

• Enhance consistency among clinicians.

• Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer, clinical leadership, and operations and billing teams.

• Assist in the onboarding and training of associate clinicians.

• This is a supervision-only role with no direct patient care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active, unrestricted LCSW-S or LPC-S license.

• Must be eligible to supervise according to state regulations.

• Licensed in one or more states: TX, FL, MD, DE, PA, GA, LA.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience post-licensure.

• Previous supervision experience is preferred.
