This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
β’ Oversee and assist with program activities, events, tasks, and deliverables.
β’ Conduct research and analyze market trends, customer demographics, competitive environments, and energy efficiency products.
β’ Assess market potential, identify program growth opportunities, and engage with distributor, contractor, and trade ally networks.
β’ Work in partnership with Sales, Account Management, Engineering, Marketing, IT, Customer Care, and other cross-functional teams.
β’ Create strategies for outreach, sales, customer targeting, decarbonization, equity and affordability, lead generation, and value proposition.
β’ Prepare and maintain reports, schedules, meeting notes, technical specifications, calculations, and other program-related documentation.
β’ Summarize findings and deliver actionable recommendations.
β’ Assist in client presentations and communicate program results to both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Review program processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
β’ Provide support to field-based staff, participating Trade Allies, contractors, customers, and consultants.
β’ Monitor contractor enrollment and aid technical teams in adhering to QA/QC standards.
β’ Offer administrative and communication support.
β’ A minimum of 30 completed college-level credit hours is required by the start date, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, Energy Management, or a related field.
β’ Must successfully pass any necessary background checks, which may include drug testing.
β’ U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Work Authorization is mandatory.
β’ Strong skills in organization, time management, task prioritization, and attention to detail.
β’ Exceptional written, verbal, analytical, and collaborative communication abilities.
β’ Capability to work autonomously and effectively as part of a team.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
β’ Experience in program coordination, documentation, research, data collection, market analysis, or sales planning initiatives.
β’ Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, or VBA is advantageous.
β’ Interest in energy efficiency, market research, and sales strategy.
β’ Knowledge of HVAC, water heating, space heating, kitchen equipment, or lighting technologies is a plus.
β’ Practical professional experience in program operations.
β’ Exposure to significant projects and client interactions.
β’ Development of foundational skills in project management, communication, and teamwork.
