This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for a complex federal technology program encompassing multiple projects and workstreams.
• Act as the primary point of contact and a trusted partner to senior government program leadership, sponsors, contracting stakeholders, and technical representatives.
• Develop and sustain customer relationships through proactive communication, transparency, responsiveness, and consistent delivery.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across software engineering, product design, project management, and other technical and delivery functions.
• Oversee program scope, schedule, budget, staffing, risks, dependencies, contractual requirements, and overall performance.
• Establish and enhance delivery processes that support predictable execution, operational efficiency, and high-quality outcomes.
• Facilitate program reviews, strategic planning sessions, status meetings, and engagements with customer and internal leadership.
• Identify, evaluate, and address program risks, delivery challenges, resource constraints, and operational issues.
• Communicate changes regarding program scope, schedule, staffing, budget, and delivery expectations.
• Maintain program reporting that includes milestones, deliverables, staffing, risks, dependencies, and contractual commitments.
• Own the financial performance of the program, including planned revenue, staffing, billable utilization, labor allocation, and gross margin.
• Lead, manage, and mentor cross-functional team members, aiding in performance management, professional development, resource planning, hiring, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with technical and practice leadership on the skills, resources, and support necessary to achieve program objectives.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, high-performing team environment centered on delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
• Work with Growth, Delivery, and Practice leadership to promote organic account growth and ensure long-term program success.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the program during recompete and proposal activities.
• Provide leadership during contract transitions, staffing changes, and organizational adjustments.
• Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• More than 5 years of experience leading complex technology programs, digital services, software delivery, or related technical initiatives.
• Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary technical and delivery teams across multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee program scope, schedule, budget, staffing, risk, and contractual deliverables.
• Experience in building and managing relationships with senior government customers and stakeholders in a client-facing program leadership role.
• Experience in managing program financial performance, staffing plans, resource allocation, and delivery forecasts.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern software or digital service delivery practices.
• Proven ability to identify, communicate, and resolve complex program risks, delivery challenges, and operational issues.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, including experience presenting program performance, financials, risks, and strategic priorities to senior stakeholders.
• Must currently hold, or have recently held, a Level 5 Public Trust background.
• Must be able to successfully complete all additional federal customer suitability, fitness, and financial background requirements for the position.
