This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead and oversee a varied portfolio of information security initiatives
• Ensure that all clients have clear and routinely updated plans
• Take ownership of the complete customer onboarding journey
• Guarantee that clients start with a finalized risk register and a strategic one-year roadmap
• Maintain a client Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 8.67 or higher
• Collaborate with customer success managers to provide outstanding service
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Deliver transparent and insightful reports on progress and milestones
• Document processes, decisions, and changes related to the program
• Own and improve delivery team workflows to enhance service value and quality
• Manage program budgets and resource distribution
• Lead subject matter experts to achieve successful outcomes
• Offer constructive and supportive feedback
• Identify and address roadblocks to ensure programs align with objectives
• Spot upselling opportunities in response to changing client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to foster growth
• Post-secondary degree in business, computer science, information technology, or relevant professional experience
• 5 years of experience in B2B client-facing roles, managing technology or business change projects and/or programs
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Capability to influence and work collaboratively with diverse teams, technical experts, and stakeholders
• Ability to engage with customer executives and exhibit a strategic understanding of business needs
• Experience managing multiple projects involving various stakeholders and competing priorities
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., monday.com)
• Familiarity with compliance tools (e.g., Vanta)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and able to remain composed under pressure
• Program and/or project management-related certification such as CAPM, PMP, or PgMP is a plus
• Practical experience with Compliance and Trust products is a plus
• Previous experience in the information security or information technology industry is a plus
• Solid understanding of information security principles, risk management frameworks, and industry standards is a plus
• Candidates must be willing to adjust their working hours to align with PT/MT time zones to be considered for this position
