Summer Intern – Finance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the OSS Program Manager located at the Cranberry, PA facility

• Assist in establishing, reviewing, and maintaining Rate Management master data within SAP

• Ensure the accuracy of personnel assignments, contract details, and labor-rate information

• Oversee and manage union rate modifications, updating rate tables and SAP systems accordingly

• Acquire knowledge of troubleshooting analytic techniques related to downstream rate effects

• Aid in labor-rate updates, audits, and the necessary documentation

• Contribute to and engage in the Request for Pricing (RFP) process to formulate competitive labor rates

• Address routine inquiries and work collaboratively with teams to rectify data issues

• Recognize opportunities to enhance data quality and improve processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in data analytics, finance, or accounting

• Must have completed the Sophomore year of college

• Familiarity with fundamental accounting and finance concepts and terminology

• Genuine interest in data management and analytics

• Enthusiasm for working within an operations organization (shared services, triage, ticketing)

• Candidates must comply with applicable United States and comparable export control regulations
