SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Configure and tailor the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.

• Identify business requirements, assess solution options, and offer recommendations.

• Analyze and address system incidents, service requests, and functional challenges.

• Conduct bulk data updates and customize the Employee Central data model.

• Develop and implement system testing and validation after configuration adjustments.

• Provide training for end-users and create training resources.

• Generate and sustain functional documentation and knowledge articles.

• Maintain effective communication with clients and cross-functional teams.

• Work closely with other SuccessFactors consultants.

• Offer ongoing configuration, customization, support, and optimization for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Implement enhancements and manage change requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in a consulting setting.

• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Experience in supporting and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors solutions in a live environment.

• Professional proficiency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.

• Knowledge of SAP HCM is a plus.

• Experience in customizing integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM is advantageous.

• Familiarity with other SAP SuccessFactors modules would be beneficial.

• Takes ownership of tasks and produces results in a structured and professional manner.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify practical solutions.

• Ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and cross-functional teams.
