SuccessFactors Consultant – Time and Attendance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the solution development, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors for clients.

• Collaborate with clients to identify business and system needs and delineate project scope.

• Communicate effectively with personnel at all levels within client organizations.

• Deliver solutions through written or verbal presentations.

• Support business growth and maintain relationships with client organizations as necessary.

• Analyze client needs and offer independent, relevant, and objective guidance on product usage.

• Create client solutions and deploy new systems; design, test, configure, and supervise systems.

• Assess training requirements and arrange training for users and team members.

• Conduct training sessions and educate clients on effective functionality use.

• Develop documentation and training materials; present and facilitate training sessions.

• Organize and lead user acceptance testing concerning system design.

• Prepare documentation and provide progress reports to clients and management.

• Manage various tasks and project assignments, frequently for multiple clients.

• Achieve deliverables within agreed timelines.

• Comprehend upstream and downstream effects, including technical and functional integration requirements.

• Assist in pre-sales initiatives, including responding to RFPs, supporting oral presentations, demonstrating functionality, and discussing system design capabilities with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant hands-on implementation experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Time and SAP SuccessFactors Time and Attendance.

• Capability to guide and lead internal teams and clients in deploying SuccessFactors solutions.

• Proficiency in documenting business processes and configuring systems.

• Understanding of Payroll integration.

• In-depth knowledge of Time management.

• Extensive experience in setting up Time Evaluation, Time Types, Time Rules, Time Workflows, and Time Off.

• Significant experience integrating with Employee Central Payroll and Employee Central.

• Required certifications: SuccessFactors Employee Central and SuccessFactors Employee Central Time.

• Current SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time certification.

• Current SAP SuccessFactors Time and Attendance certification.

• Current SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.

• Must submit CREDLY certifications with the application.

• Strong problem analysis and resolution skills at both strategic and functional levels.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.

• Experience with full lifecycle implementation projects.

• A minimum of five (5) years of consulting experience in a similar organization while interfacing with clients.

• At least three (3) end-to-end Time Implementations are required.
