Substation BIM Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Substation engineering team by delivering technical drafting support.

• Develop construction drawings and designs under close supervision.

• Undertake design and drafting responsibilities within the Substation department.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time.

⛳️ Requirements

• A two-year technical degree or current enrollment in a Technical Drafting program is preferred.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

• Familiarity with Microstation is necessary.

• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit software is a plus.

• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

• Understanding of substation electrical protection and control and/or physical design is advantageous.

• Strong organizational and communication skills to ensure timely project completion.

• Willingness to innovate by adopting and utilizing emerging technologies and AI tools.

• Must possess permanent authorization to work in the US.
