
Subcontractor-Partner Manager – Vendor Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of the operational implementation of Myriad360's subcontractor-partner lifecycle, including sourcing, qualification, onboarding, competitive bidding, and systems administration, as well as engagement monitoring, performance management, corrective action, requalification, and continuous improvement.
• Report directly to the VP of Subcontractor-Partner Program Management and collaborate with Strategic Priorities Operations and cross-functional stakeholders across the United States.
• Implement defined workflows for Service Strategic Priorities Operations, coordinating access, issue resolution, workflow modifications, and data-quality enhancements.
• Maintain the consolidated database of subcontractor-partners and partner master records.
• Link partner records to customers, projects, services, geographies, expenditures, capabilities, certifications, contracts, SOWs, compliance status, evaluations, and performance history.
• Conduct research on potential partners and gather as well as verify onboarding, insurance, security, certification, contract, and compliance data.
• Oversee annual requalification processes and update approved status changes in systems of record.
• Manage quote solicitations, monitor responses, standardize pricing, assess compliance and value, prepare scoring matrices and recommendations, and document selection outcomes.
• Coordinate SPA/MSA-style agreements, SP/SOW reviews and approvals, engagement setup, and documentation escalation.
• Administer engagement closeouts and evaluations; keep track of scorecards, capability records, RAG health, performance trends, project status, and stakeholder feedback.
• Monitor exceptions and corrective actions, including costs, effort, schedule, quality, customer impact, rework, replacement costs, credits, margin erosion, double effort, and recovery.
• Develop dashboards, QBR materials, management reports, meeting records, and action logs.
• Perform capability, capacity, certification, and geographic gap analysis; document procedures and monitor milestones.
• Act as the primary operational contact for approved partners, reinforcing standards of customer service, communication, quality, documentation, and accountability.
• Participate in criteria-based partner selection decisions; the role does not unilaterally select partners.
• Review engagements with respect to scope, schedule, quality, documentation, communication, customer impact, cost, margin, and risk, and suggest changes in partner status.
• Facilitate corrective-action discussions, confirm responsible parties and closure criteria, hold individuals accountable, and support recovery or commercial actions.
• Assess compliance and requalification data and recommend partner statuses based on documented evidence.
• Collaborate with Strategic Priorities Operations, PMO, Delivery, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Security, Presales, Solution Architecture, Sales, and partner teams.
• Lead QBRs, evaluate capacity and pipeline readiness, and propose enhancements to standards, workflows, tools, and the partner ecosystem.
• Identify recurring delivery or communication challenges, conduct root-cause analysis, acknowledge high-performing partners, and suggest continuous-improvement measures.
• Complete ongoing security awareness training and adhere to company policies.
• Identify and escalate security risks and contribute to remediation initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of five years of experience in subcontractor, vendor, or partner management; IT services operations; professional-services administration; procurement operations; project operations; or related business functions.
• Background in an IT services, managed services, consulting, systems integration, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or technology services environment.
• Proficient understanding of SOWs, fixed-price and time-and-materials delivery, project financials, cost controls, resource capacity, delivery quality, and customer impact considerations.
• Experience with partner onboarding, assessments, quote and bid processes, contract or SPA support, compliance administration, scorecards, QBRs, corrective actions, and requalification.
• Capability to interpret project status, cost, effort, schedule, quality, customer, compliance, and operational risk data, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced skills in Excel and reporting.
• Experience with CRM, PSA/project management, ERP, contract management, collaboration, and reporting systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, sound judgment, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to support stakeholders based in the United States from Manila and to participate in recurring meetings across various time zones.
• Experience managing or overseeing IT subcontractors, delivery partners, technical consultants, professional services providers, or outsourced delivery resources.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, OpenAir/SuiteProjects Pro, ScopeStack, Smartsheet, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Slack, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
• Experience with partner tiering, preferred partner programs, supplier segmentation, strategic sourcing, capability and geographic coverage planning, process mapping or automation, and offshore or KMC-supported operating environments.
