Subcontractor Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the evaluation and onboarding of subcontracting partners.

• Work collaboratively with regional leaders to prioritize the onboarding and management of subcontractors.

• Create and implement enablement processes for CrowdStrike's subcontracting partners.

• Manage legal and IT onboarding requirements for subcontractors providing CrowdStrike services.

• Ensure adherence to project management standards and delivery methodologies for subcontractors involved in service delivery.

• Track and assess subcontractor performance, capacity, and financial metrics.

• Collaborate with services leadership to develop new offerings for subcontracted services.

• Maintain and develop documentation such as user guides, runbooks, and process workflows to support both internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversee the management of the partner services catalog.

• Deliver top-notch support and guidance to trusted partners.

• Provide cross-functional assistance in the selection and staffing of subcontracted engagements.

• Enhance subcontractor operations through the use of AI tools.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional services, delivery management, partner management, or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.

• Demonstrated success in partner enablement and program management.

• Experience in tracking customer satisfaction and other key success metrics related to engagement delivery.

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity services and their respective delivery methodologies.

• Familiarity with contract management and vendor relationship management.

• Exceptional project and program management skills.

• Strong business acumen along with financial analysis skills.

• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

• Capability to develop and sustain complex partner relationships.

• Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proven track record of utilizing AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and achieve business outcomes.
