This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee subcontracts through all stages, including acquisition planning, source selection, negotiation, post-award administration, and closure.

• Create, review, and maintain subcontract and procurement documentation in accordance with CPSR and FAR/DFARS regulations.

• Establish and manage subcontract files, encompassing deliverables, modifications, correspondence, and the closeout procedures.

• Assess proposals, quotations, and RFPs; negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with subcontractors.

• Collaborate with HR, finance, accounts payable, program teams, subcontractors, and service providers.

• Handle NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts, and CTAs from the drafting phase to execution.

• Perform compliance oversight and provide guidance to project teams regarding regulations and internal procedures.

• Assist in proposal efforts by issuing RFPs/RFQs, conducting data calls, and participating in project kickoff and stand-up meetings.

• Deliver subcontract training and suggest process enhancements.

• Monitor subcontractor performance including cost, deliverables, compliance, and small business objectives.

• Execute other assigned responsibilities.

• Fulfill relevant safety, quality, environmental, training, and emergency response duties.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, along with five (5) years of experience in procurement, subcontracts, supply chain, or a related area; or three (3) years of relevant experience.

• Two (2) years of experience in procurement or a related field can replace each year of the four (4) years of college education.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and integrated software applications.

• Familiarity with various subcontract types, such as Cost-Plus, Fixed Price, and Time & Materials.

• Experience with Costpoint or comparable ERP systems, including the purchasing module.

• Capability to obtain and maintain the necessary security and medical clearances; Secret clearance is mandatory.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English fluently.

• Must be an Australian or US Citizen.

• Adherence to company drug and alcohol policies and successful completion of drug screening is required.
